What Stem Cell Therapy Costs in San Diego: Our Published Pricing, Line by Line

October 12, 2026 · 6 min read

Search for stem cell therapy cost in San Diego and you will find a lot of pages that talk around the number. Ranges. “Starting at.” Book a consultation to learn more. We think that is backwards. The price is one of the first things a reasonable person wants to know, and there is no clinical reason to hide it.

So here is ours, line by line, with what each figure includes and what it does not.

The published prices

  • Single vial, delivered by IV infusion or targeted injection: $1,999.
  • Injection plus IV infusion in the same plan: $3,999.
  • MUSE upgrade, when appropriate: an additional $1,000.
  • Exosome IV, when appropriate: $1,000.
  • Consultation with a licensed clinical professional: no charge.

An exosome vial is included with treatment at no additional charge, as itemized on our pricing page. There are no hidden fees. The number you see is the number you pay.

What the price includes

The vial itself, from an FDA-registered laboratory in the United States, with lot documentation available on request. Administration by a licensed clinical professional. The visit — check-in, intake, the procedure, and aftercare guidance before you leave. Follow-up contact with the same clinic if you have questions afterward.

What the price does not include

A promise. This is the part that matters most, and it is the part a price page cannot buy you. MSC and exosome products are not FDA-approved to treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. Paying for a treatment is paying for a treatment, not for a result, and no honest clinic will tell you otherwise.

It also does not include anything your provider decides is not appropriate for you. If the evaluation says one vial is reasonable, you are not sold two. If it says none is, you are told that, and you leave without paying anything.

Why we publish it

Three reasons. First, because a consultation should be about whether this is right for you, not about revealing a number you could have read on a website. Second, because a published price is a price we have to stand behind — it cannot drift depending on who is sitting in the chair. Third, because the alternative, in this field, is a sales conversation, and we would rather not have one.

Financing

We offer financing through Cherry and CareCredit. Both let you apply before your visit so you know your terms in advance. Financing does not change the published price; it changes how you pay it.

Questions to ask any clinic about price

  • Is the price published, or do I have to book to hear it?
  • What exactly is in the quote, line by line?
  • Is there a consultation fee, and is it credited toward treatment?
  • Are there separate charges for the procedure, the visit, or follow-up?
  • If the provider decides I am not a candidate, what do I owe?

A clinic that answers all five without hesitation is a clinic that has thought about your side of the transaction. A clinic that will not answer the first one has told you something already.

MSC stem cell and exosome products are not FDA-approved to treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. A published price describes a service; it does not predict a result. Research remains ongoing and individual results vary. A licensed clinical provider determines whether any option is appropriate for you.

Get your exact number

Use the pricing builder on our pricing page to see your total before you contact us. Then book a free consultation with a licensed clinical professional in National City, and you will leave knowing whether this is a reasonable option for you — and, if it is not, you will be told that at no cost.

Every patient must complete a clinical evaluation with a licensed healthcare professional to determine whether therapy is appropriate. Treatment is not recommended for all individuals.

Frequently asked questions

How much does stem cell therapy cost at Stem Cell RX?
$1,999 for a single vial by IV or injection, $3,999 for injection plus IV, $1,000 for the MUSE upgrade, and $1,000 for an exosome IV. Consultations are free. All prices are published on our pricing page.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. There is no consultation fee, and the published price is the total. Financing through Cherry and CareCredit changes how you pay, not what you pay.
What if I am told I am not a candidate?
You pay nothing. The consultation is free, and if the evaluation says treatment is not appropriate, that is the answer you get.
Does the price guarantee a result?
No. MSC and exosome products are not FDA-approved to treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, and results vary. The price covers the product and the visit, not an outcome.
