1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website StemCellRXUSA.com (the "Site"), operated by Slim Wellness Center, LLC, doing business as Stem Cell RX ("Stem Cell RX," "we," "us"), located at 655 Euclid Ave, Ste 210, National City, CA 91950. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site Is Informational Only
The Site provides general information about our clinic, treatments, and pricing. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations, and using the Site — including submitting a form or using our interactive planning tools — does not create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is established only through an in-person consultation and completed clinical intake at our clinic. Treatment decisions are made solely between you and our licensed providers after a medical evaluation.
3. Treatments Are Not FDA-Approved
Stem cell therapies offered by Stem Cell RX are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition. Full regulatory, risk, and product disclosures appear in the footer of every page of this Site and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have access to those disclosures.
4. Eligibility
The Site and our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18.
5. Consultations, Estimates & Candidacy
Free consultations offered through the Site are informational conversations, not commitments to treat. All treatment plans and prices generated by the Site's interactive tools are estimates only and are not binding quotes, offers, or guarantees of treatment. Candidacy for any treatment is determined at your consultation following a medical evaluation, and we may decline to provide treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. Quoted pricing reflects the base cost of the stated treatment and may not include additional fees unless explicitly stated as all-inclusive. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before treatment. Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and any refund terms are provided at the clinic prior to treatment. Financing, where available, is offered by independent third-party lenders (such as Cherry or CareCredit), is subject to their approval and terms, and is not guaranteed by Stem Cell RX.
7. Communications
By submitting your contact information through the Site, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Marketing communications require your separate optional consent, are not a condition of purchase, and can be stopped at any time (reply STOP to texts, or use the unsubscribe option in emails).
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, artwork, page designs, and the Point & Price planning tool — are the property of Slim Wellness Center, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; submit false or misleading information through our forms; attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security; use automated tools to access, scrape, or harvest data from the Site; or impersonate any person or entity. We may suspend or block access for violations.

The Site may link to or reference third-party websites and services — including our cell-sourcing partner, financing providers, and mapping services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their privacy practices. Links do not constitute endorsements.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This section applies to the Site itself and does not limit any disclosure, consent, or legal right relating to medical care provided at our clinic.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slim Wellness Center, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits or affects any rights you have under California law with respect to medical care received at our clinic.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slim Wellness Center, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
14. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the disclosures incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site.
